Seasonal Pitches FAQ
When do the seasonal pitches run from?
This year our summer season started March 21st and comes to a close 26th October. We are closed over the winter season from October 26th to March end, date TBC 2025.
When can I book a pitch?
Pitches will become available and released for booking from October for the following summer season. Demand for our pitches is always high so we have to manage this carefully to avoid disappointment. Current pitch holders will be given first priority, followed by people who have paid a deposit. We will then offer pitches out for general availability.
How do I book a seasonal pitch?

Do you provide monthly pitches or shorter seasons?
We do not offer monthly pitches. We do on occasionally offer part seasonal 12 week pitches. If you would be interested in further information or pricing please email us on enquiries@ladycross.co.uk.
Does Ladycross have Wi-Fi?
Yes. There is a charge for the Wi-Fi and provided by a 3rd party company (Voenus, specialist provider) and signal strength may fluctuate in busier periods.
Where can I buy bottled gas from?
Calor gas is available for exchange from our pantry shop.
How should I site my caravan?
The caravan needs to be delivered prior to the season starting. The team at Ladycross will site your caravan prior to the start of the season.
How many vehicles can we have on our pitch?
1 car can be parked on your pitch. If you have additional vehicles they will need to be parked in the visitors car park.
Do you allow commercial vehicles onsite?
We do not allow commercial vehicles or trailers on the parks unless by prior agreement.
What's the difference between pitch types?
Fully serviced hardstanding pitches - with electric 16 amp hookup, water connection, grey waste drain, TV point. Hardstanding pitches - with electric hookup (10amp and 16amp). Grass pitches - with electric hookup (10amp). ,
Do you offer Winter storage pitches?
We offer Winter storage pitches at Ladycross at an additional cost.
Can I check my unit or organise a service during the Winter?
There is no access to the site during winter but we appreciate you may wish to check your unit, please chat to one of the team about this. All servicing and caravan valeting needs to be arranged for during the open season.
Are there any additional costs involved in taking a seasonal pitch?
A £300 non-refundable deposit is required when booking, with the remaining balance due by end January of the same season. Electricity is metered and invoiced separately and will include standing charges.
What is the maximum length of caravan your pitches can accommodate?
8m, we have limited pitches available for large continental units.
