Terms and Conditions

Dogs

Maximum 2 dogs for any unit including visitors. Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times. Excessive barking will not be tolerated. The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, Alsatians, American bulldog, English bull terriers, Dobermans, Huskies, Mastiff or Tosa.

Occupancy

Group bookings of 3 or more units (touring caravan, motorhome or accommodation hire) travelling together are not permitted. Max 5 people per pitch.

Barrier

A barrier fob will be issued on arrival for the sole use of the customer, to use every time on entry and exit.

Safety

Open fires are prohibited. No smoking in woodland. Disposable BBQ's are prohibited.

Vehicles

Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site. Only one car is to be parked by the pitch. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.

Visitors

Visitors must register at reception and pay fee. Visitors’ cars must be parked in the visitors car park.

Caravans/Motorhomes

Continental touring caravans (caravans built with the door on the European side) are not permitted. Folding caravans, tents and gazebos are not permitted. No caravans or motorhomes over 8 metres allowed. You must not exceed the number of people in your unit that it is made to sleep.

Awnings

Awnings maximum width no greater then 2.5 metres, depth no longer than caravan. Gazebos, annexes, toilet tents & pup tents are not permitted.

Park

No driving or parking on grass anywhere on site.

Payments

All bookings are secured with a standard deposit (2-5 days £40, 6-8 days £75, 9 days and over £100) these are non-refundable or transferable. There are no refunds or credits if your booking is cancelled/amended 30 days or less, a partial refund or credit note can be issued if you have paid in full prior to the 30 days less standard deposit amount and cancellation fee.

General

The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
